Pot Haw Farm cannot be held responsible for any injuries, loss or damage incurred to person(s) livestock or personal property arising through the use of their facilities. It is the owners responsibility to ensure all horses/ponies are of sound health and that any conditions or behaviour traits are highlighted prior to their stay. All third party costs arising during use of the facilities will be passed on to the owners.

On the advice taken from Northern Equine Vets, our policy is that passports should always travel with your horse. Vaccinations should be up to date. Spot checks will be undertaken on site at the discretion of the operator.
